Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In this event, we will please you with the services provided by us.
Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the refunds and cancellation of the services or the product you purchase.

1. Events:

 1.1 Due to any reasons event tickets such as tournaments will be non-refundable.

 1.2 Refunds will be initiated within 30 days to the same account if the event is cancelled by the event authorities.

2. Goods:

 2.1 Cancellation & Replacements

 2.1.1 You cannot cancel an order once placed.

 2.1.2 You have option to replace it and should be notified to us within 1 day. Any additional amount will need to be paid. If replacement goods total amount is less than the initial amount, the extra amount will not be refunded. You can inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement at playmetacafe@gmail.com

 2.1.3 The deadline for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

 2.2 Conditions for returns
 2.2.1 In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 7 days.

  • The goods are in the original packaging.

 The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

 2.2.3 We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

 2.3 Returning Goods
 2.3.1 You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address: Meta Cafe, Shop No 8, Bhakti Residency, Sec-11, Pl-6, Sanpada, Navi Mumbai, MH, IND, 400705

 2.3.1 We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
